I cannot create a new advertising campaign for my product.

My account has been locked due to too much outstanding balance. I paid that debt to Amazon and got my account reopened. But I can't create a new ad campaign on Amazon. Has anyone had this problem? Please tell me how to handle it so I can continue running ads.I sincerely thank

Tatiana from Amazon here! I've just done a bit research into your account and I see that your advertising account is active and enabled. This means you should be able to advertise without issue at this point.

Are you still experiencing issue with your ability to create a campaign? If so, you can reach out to the Ads team directly here for help troubleshooting the issue.

If you have already reached out to the Ads Support team and need additional help following up on the case, go ahead and share the case ID with me here and I'll see what I can do to help.
