INFORM Consumers Act - Account Suspended (even though all info is "verified successfully")
Our account was deactivated due to the INFORM Consumers Act.
When going to Account Health > Product policy compliance : It says that a warning has been sent 25 october and it asks to start verification.
When I click there for all seperate items we have the green mark except for Phone number.
However when I click into Phone Number both:
Phone number verified successfully
Address Verified Successfully
In short; all information that can be verified under Phone Number has been verified by Amazon, the green markings are there. Meaning that as far as we can do anything; all information that we are able to supply in this portal has been verified. Nonetheless our sales are down to 0.
All help would really be appreciate, thank you in advance.

@Atlas_Amazon We would be really glad if you could help us and take a look at our case. 16552143211 is the case number that has already been opened by us 2 days ago.
Back then our account was not yet suspended and the Amazon associate on the phone said that we have supplied everything we could and this was something on the end of Amazon that they would fix and would not lead to deactivation. Nontheless the deactivation took place.
