How to palletize Oversized SKUs 1 unit per box?

I have a product that is a single SKU that is packed one to a box that is 4ft X 6in X 6in and this box is what the product ships in to the customer (Amazon does not rebox it). They have a UPC barcode on the end of each box. They stack very nicely on pallets. With the older FBA Shipment workflow, I would send them to Amazon on a pallet as is, wrap the pallet and include pallet labels.

But now, with the new workflow, it appears I need to designate each unit as a case pack of 1 unit and then put a box label on each unit, wrap the pallet and then include pallet labels. This adds a lot more processing to my shipments for my units that already have a scannable UPC code that can be scanned for receiving.

Does anyone know if it’s possible for me to ignore the box labels with this new method and just wrap the pallet and include pallet labels as I did in the past? Will Amazon realize each unit is it’s own sellable unit due to the UPC barcode on each box?

If you are sending single sku pallets you can probably get away without box labels but are doing so at your own risk. We do it, and do not have issues, but accept that Amazon can ding us for it.

Ignore the comment above this one. You can continue to use UPCs.
