I want to know how long in days or months Amazon can wait for address verification, especially if the address is abroad, as is the case with my address, which is in Vzla.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the address verification process for my Amazon seller account. My address is abroad in south america vzla, where the postal service is notoriously unstable and slow, especially when receiving mail from abroad.

As a result, I am concerned that the postcard with the verification code may take a significant amount of time to arrive, potentially delaying my account verification process. I kindly request your assistance in exploring alternative methods for verification or extending the time frame to complete this process.

I would like to know if a pending address verification can disable my account from listing and selling products on Amazon. My address verification is still in process, and I want to understand any limitations this might impose on my seller activities.

We are not able to provide alternative verification or bypass the post card code at this time. We can only provide another solution once all 3 attempts to receive the card have been exhausted. Right now I see that you are on attempt 1.

I did check the tracking information and see what the card is now in Venezuela and on its way to you with estimated delivery - October 27th. I understand this isn't an ideal situation but we do not have control over third party shipping services or local to you post office issues.

We are here to help in case you need further support and happy to help if you don't receive the card on attempt 3.
