Supply Chain Verification- unverifiable supplier - WE ARE THE BRAND OWNER

Does anyone have any experience with this?

After over 10 years of successful selling on Amazon, Amazon requested a virtual identity and supply chain Interview which we completed. We provided all requested info, and Amazon seemed satisfied but requested some additional info like import docs, commercial invoices etc….

A few weeks later our account was deactivated, stating “that you have supplied documentation to Amazon which were from an un-verifiable supplier.”

First off - we are the supplier as we are the registered brand owner and registered with Brand Registry.

We’ve appealed 4 times providing every document under the sun - Including a LOA, trademark documentation, commercial invoices, manufacturing invoices, QC inspection Documents and much much more. Amazon has not even made an attempt to reach out to the suppliers.

The invoices we provided account for all merchandise sold, and include actual import documents and filings tracking that inventory. There are also internal invoices from ourselves to ourselves documents a full chain of custody for the inventory.

We’ve reached out to Amazon many times but they are just ignoring the cases and closing them with no response.

Someone help!

Can you clarify the exact set up that you have for your inventory? Does the product originate from you or do you have a third party that assists with the manufacturing? As for the trademark ownership information, can you verify if you are providing details that shows the trademark has been registered for the US marketplace? What type of documentation does the ownership details include? If our team is unable to verify the documentation provided to them, they will be obligated to reject the submission. Do you have anything additional that has not already been submitted to them?

At this point, our team will be looking for new information that can dispute their concerns over your inventory. Without this information, we cannot guarantee a resolution will be available for these concerns. We do encourage you to continue to provide any details relevant to this thread for support.

HOW ridiculous!! How does this happen in the first place????@Amazon. They are the brand owner....!

Again, like someone said, every seller is ONE email away from being screwed. It is very disappointing that loyal sellers are being treated like crap.
