Our order is not getting picked up at the time of pickup or when I told the logistics team they have denied that your order will not be picked up. And they said we put the wrong product in the order, then I asked them how you have the right to open and view our order, they replied yes, we do the same thing, we check and send to the customers. When I asked him again to pick up the order for today, he refused and the call got disconnected. Because of this my orders are not being delivered.

This is not fair, because opening the packet and checking the mterial is not fair at all. Because every seller knows the importance o rating on amazon, if any seller send the wrong item then customer is going to review him, thats it, as simple as that.
