I cannot reactivate my account

My account was deactivated due to 'inactivity'. Here's the message:

"Your account has been deactivated due to inactivity. In order to reactivate your account, we need to re-verify your identity. You will need the following documents to complete the re-verification.

Information about your business, if applicable

1 government issued photo ID

1 bank account statement or credit card statement

Business license, if applicable.

Please provide the following information to gain complete access"

I am a new seller and I am trying to grow my account. I provided all that information before my account was activated, and I will be happy to provide the information again but I did not find any provision on the user interface for me to upload the information.

Now, I got a new order via amazon but when I tried to log into seller central, I saw a message that said

'You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated.'

I have added new credit card info but I am still seeing the same error message, and I am unable to activate the account. The help/support link on the page leads back to that same page. How do I move forward from here?
