Thanks for your post.
I am sorry to hear that you didn't receive the verification code. Have you checked your SPAM folder? Recently my email account has become extra cautious and I have found lots of non-SPAM contacts in the SPAM folder.
Double check the email address that is listed on the agency website where the trademark is registered, just to be sure.
If neither of these resolves the issue you will need to go back to the case you have open for the Brand Registry application.
