Tracking ID not recognized
Trying to add each UPS tracking number since my order has officially shipped to FBA warehouse. None of the id's are working and error saying "ID not recognized". Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Thanks for taking the time to post here. I have seen this issue in the past, and in that instance the seller had the incorrect carrier select on the "Final Step" of their STA workflow. Do you have any screenshots of the error you're seeing? That will help determine further troubleshooting. Thanks!
