Customer threatens with bad review if I do not play by his rules
Customer wants to return the product. He tested and used it.
For this product I am prepaid return label exempt. As there was no fault with the product, I am entitled to restocking fee.
Customer now demands a prepaid return label and threatens me with a bad review if I do not comply. I reported his message in message center, but no Action from Amazon so far. What can I do?

I had an extortionist demand a 50% refund on a $100+ plus item. Said they would leave a bad review if I didn't comply. I reported the message and got NO HELP.
They left a '1' and Amazon can see ALL the threats but won't remove the feedback which makes AMAZON complicit in the extortion attempt.
Don't expect any help, prepare for bad feedback AND consider reporting them to IC3 (the government site) for internet extortion/theft attempts.

You could always send him a prepaid label and deduct the return shipping cost from his refund. (depending on the return reason he used) → Authorize a return request.
