PAAF (PILOT AIR FREIGHT CORP) - Inbound LTL Partner Carrier
We got assigned Pilot as the LTL partner carrier and it was the worse company I have ever used. They missed our pickup and when you call their non existent customer service line, they dont understand amazon fba shipments. The amazon fba BL do not have the 9 digit RMA number that pilot uses internally.
Literally the worse company I have used. I called seller support today to change carriers as our shipments have been delayed and Pilot doesnt have a record for pickup. I'm not sure if Amazon customer support made the change but lets see.

We are in the same situation. We had 5 pallets picked up on 4/1, no shipment progress updates in Seller Central. Contacted Amazon LTL Dispatch and no updates on delivery date to their ORF2 DC in Chesapeake VA.
