Offering Condition now greyed out on full offer form

By using this "full version" of the add a product tool I've been able to fix the "Missing SKU" problem that has persisted on Amazon for the past year or longer with no fix in sight. Unfortunately now on this version of the form, "Offering Condition Type" has been greyed out, rendering it unusable since listing creation will fail without a condition.
This comes after they for no reason removed the ability to "Delete listing" of an item from the stranded inventory page, which was another thing I was able to use to fix this same Missing SKU problem.
Could the developers please stop changing things for no reason?

I discovered if I hit F12 and delete the "disabled='true'" attribute from the element, I can use the dropdown and select a condition and it actually works. Amazin'
