Pending Trademark Link Repeatedly Denied in Brand Registry
My brand is registered in Brand Registry. I'm attempting to link a pending trademark to my account and have been rejected repeatedly over the last few days. Each time support gives a different reason for the rejection, all of which are ridiculous.
The first time they claimed there was no contact info, which there was. So they changed the rejection reason and claimed the application was not pending, which it is. Each time we respond with the proof they request only to be denied again and a new (fake) reason created.
Anyway around this automated system error?

I noticed that you are trying to link a pending trademark. Have you tried clicking the button on the right hand size that says "enroll a brand" instead?

Amazon does not like links. Just upload the trademark to your brand, following their instructions. Brand registry already knows how to check if it is a valid trademark.

Hello @Seller_YXvascq5pUBcY
Have you gone through the below path to attempt to connect a trademark to your current brand?
Brand Registry Account -> Manage Tab ->Manage Intellectual Property -> Connect Trademark
I want to to be sure all options have been exhausted before I escalate this further!

Yes, this is how we attempted to connect our trademark to our brand registry account. How else would we connect/link a trademark to an existing brand registry account?
Brand Registry Account -> Manage Tab ->Manage Intellectual Property -> Connect Trademark

The team is asking for you to reapply to add your new trademark to your brand! If you do that and it does not go through, please send me a screenshot of the error message and I will immediately take that to the team.

OK I'm doing that today CASE ID 15070758071. We've never received an error message, simply a denial with a different reason each time.

I would honestly wait until it says registered/live on uspto before touching brand registry with a 101 foot pole. publishing your mark on any website before it being registered is a horrible idea.. that gives other people a chance to post it on their website and could even cancel your pending mark to an abandoned mark
waiting the full 6 months - 9 months for the paperwork is best

You have to wait 5-10 days for the Amazon bots to review the USPTO filings. There is a lag time between the filing and the computers being able to see it.
Also, unless you are using Amazon Accelerator program, they may not accept a pending application. Amazon does what it wants, but if you can satisfy their miserable AI algorithms, you can survive.
