Unable to change bank account while on Marcus Goldman Sachs Line of Credit

My regular deposit bank account at Wells Fargo was unexpectedly closed as of today Mar 8, 2024. So my bank account completely stops, and it can NOT receive any money from Amazon. I will HAVE TO change to a new account to receive disbursement. However, I saw the message that my deposit account is in "locking" status. I have an active Line of Credit with Marcus by Goldman Sachs. I did NOT borrow any of the amount and my account balance is zero ($0).

Therefore, I would have to change to a new bank account for the deposit method. In this situation, what can I do? Should I stop/close my current Line of Credit First? I do NOT have any balance with Goldman Sachs. Or can I change my bank account directly with Marcus Goldman Sachs first and then inside Amazon (which is said in the following link) in this situation?

I opened up Amazon case already. This is the link that is referred to me: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GZXHL3ZRB2EN4ADU

"Update the bank account associated with a Marcus business line of credit

If you would like to update your preferred bank account for both Amazon and Marcus, you must first update the bank account that is associated with your business’s line of credit. Contact Marcus at [telephone number removed] to request the change, which may take one to two business days to process.

Once the bank account information has been updated on Marcus.com, you will have three days to update the account information on Seller Central. During this period, you won’t be able to request funds from the Marcus business line of credit. Draw request privileges for the Marcus business line of credit will be reinstated at the end of the three days."

Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Looking forward to hearing from you.

An update, the problem has been solved. What I did was just like originally said in the post.

"If you would like to update your preferred bank account for both Amazon and Marcus, you must first update the bank account that is associated with your business’s line of credit. Contact Marcus at [telephone number removed] to request the change, which may take one to two business days to process."

After that, I updated the bank account inside Amazon seller central. It takes time for verification as well as 3 day holding period that they took out all my money. But the funds was eventually released after successful bank verification and change.
