BUYBOX GLITH AGAIN! EVERY 2 MONTHS LIKE CLOCKWORK

This is happening consistently now every 2 months. Items are going fom "NO" to "YES" every hour on the hour.

SEEMS LIKE IT ALWAYS THE DAY BEFORE PRIME DAY

LAST POST WAS MAY .

Told CS and they say the same thing until they push it to another dept (LEADERSHIP DEPT.) , THEN FIXED IT IMMEDIATLY.

yeah, we have been selling for over 10 years so know all the stuff they are going to say because they dont want to do their job. The last time this they gave to another dept. and they pushed a button and it was fixed within next hour.

yeah, our metrics are all at 100% and the new feature under "FULFILLMENT INSIGHT DASHBOARD" are shorter than they have ever been on shipping time and delivery .

Ours has gone to "No", too. Since it happened overnight and nothing has changed on metrics since yesterday when we were "Yes" have a sneaking suspicion that many sellers have gone to "No" due to Prime Day(s), allowing MEGAS or AMAZON free reign.

We're doing okay on sales-no better than any other day- selling mostly lower priced titles. We assumed our sales would be "0" or minimal, which often occurs w/ us on the first PRIME DAY. So not complaining.

I don't feel like going thru the aggravation you did since we aren't usually don't have the BB unless no MEGAS are selling against us. So we'll just wait till TPTB decide we're "worthy" again.

I'm in the same situation. They have fixed it before but this time they refuse to do anything about it. My competitors are overpricing the products and getting the buy box. It's so frustrating to deal with Seller Su-Thwart. They are arrogant and come up with the ridiculous response that "we can't provide any information about the reasons your products are non-elegible. Entire category goes non-elegible every couple of months and now It's been like that for months.

Thats not a glitch. That is one of the ways the junk algorithm throttles orders.

It is not a glitch it is done intentionally to drive sales to who and what Amazon wants their customers to buy.

It's a known flaw in the featured offer Algorithm. When you ask a moderator on the forum to help with this issue they usually then escalate it to the featured off team for review. The featured offer team then does a manual override of the featured offer so you become eligible again. Guess how long that manual override is good for? You guessed it 60 days. Once this cycle has begun you will need to ask for an escalation every 2 months going forward to keep your featured offer eligibility. Its a viscous cycle that will never end until somebody at Amazon fixes the underlying issue that's causing this.

The featured offer team then does a manual override of the featured offer so you become eligible again. Guess how long that manual override is good for? You guessed it 60 days. Once this cycle has begun you will need to ask for an escalation every 2 months going forward to keep your featured offer eligibility.
