Falsly accused of dropshipping by repeat problem buyer / stalker

Hey KJ last year you helped me when i responed to you on a discussion with a well known problem buyer who used the name "Henry L" who would leave me negative feedback and false dropshipping emails, he seems to be back using the name "Amazon" with the ship to name "Susan D" this person has made numerous purchases and requests cancellation the past month, one order I did ship with Amazon shipping - order Order ID: # 111-6181414-4467414 before the cancellation request and the problem buyer almost immediately left me emails "counterfeit inauthentic item." and "dropshipped from walmart. came with a walmart receipt." now a few days later all my seller fullfilled listings have been deactivated because of a dropshipping violation... I did not dropship I use Amazon shipping labels, nor do I dropship I self fulfill my orders . I submitted an account health appeal can you please help and expedite my listings being live again, 10 months ago it took almost month.. thank you
