Hello @Seller_nvr1g9moOQCD6,
Thank you for posting your concerns with restricted product policy violations.
The short answer is no. Policy violations in the account health dashboard need to be addressed. Some situations will allow you to delete the product, afterwards you can go back to the violation and acknowledge the violation, if accepted it can be removed but this is not 100% successful. You can see more on this under our account health rating: frequently asked question. Here's a section from this page on the topic:
When will violations be removed from my Account Health page?
- Violations are removed from your Account Health page in scenarios such as:
- You successfully dispute the violation, and we confirm that the violation was an error.
- The relevant rights owner retracts an intellectual property complaint.
- You successfully appeal the violation, and we determine that while you did violate these policies, it was not intentional and the violation should be forgiven.
With that being said, what type of violation are you experiencing, do you have any supporting evidence of the products compliance to the mentioned policy?
