Are you using a valid credit card or a debit card? A credit card charges interest, and you get a bill, a debit card is attached to a checking or savings account and draws from your own money.

Amazon sometimes takes a second look at an account that has previously been verified. You need to provide the requested information again.

What does the Performance Notification or email you received state? Post it so others can see Amazon's wording.

And as @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9stated, make sure you've entered an actual credit card.
