Safe T claim denied - return mailing label provided
"We have denied your appeal. Please respond with the information requested below:
-- An image of the return mailing label on the package."
I've sent it 3 times. I keep getting denied for not providing the image. I talked to customer service. The first person eventually hung up on me. The second person agreed they see the image of the return label I provided and that I need to email safe-t-review(at)amazon.com. I did. It bounces back from "nobody(at)bounces.amazon.com."
Is there anyone who can help make sense of this? Safe-T claim #76267-65063-0032334
