Just wanted to stop by and share some information regarding your question about adding products. You are able to add your products in bulkwith a professional selling account.
You can use inventory files to upload or manage your offers in bulk. Create your inventory file template using this help page here. I also wanted to share the Seller University video regarding bulk listing management too.
