I lost the buy box and my competitor received a negative review. Even though I have 100% possitive reviews, it is showing the negative review on my detail page

Reviews shown on the product detail page are called product review ( as opposed to seller feedback)
The review is about the product, not about the seller. Doesn't matter who is selling something -- the product review belongs on the detail page.
Anyone can post a product review, they do not even need to have purchased the product on Amazon -- although that does not show as a verified review.
