I have one question about the shipping setting.

I checked the shipping time on the Amazon homepage, and found that our time is slower than others, for example:

1,we and other sellers have the same warehouse at the east state of the US,

2, We set up the buyer who locate in the east state, and the buyer place the order at Nov,1st.

3, Then we found, our delivery time is Nov,8-12th, and other sellers' delivery time is Nov,6-8th.

we are too slow.

Does anyone can help us to solve this problem. It is better if you can send the screenshot of the settings.
