A to Z claims are impacting our account health even after closed by the customer many times

We are having a big issue with the Order Defect Rate due to A to Z claims re -opening again and impacting our account health.
Many of our customers have closed the A to Z many times but in the next 24 to 48 hours. The same A to Z claims are open again, impacting our account health as well. We have also raised the ticket with the Amazon support but didn't get the proper solution on the same.
