some one please help from amazon my account been suspended almost 2 month i try to submit appeal via email over 8 times and i keep getting same email requesting same questions. finally i see on my account i can appeal and when i try to submit the invoices from real supplier and proof off orders i shipped and i used my own stamps.com i keep getting error i been trying to submit over 4 days no luck. i been selling on amazon over 7 years with out any issue. all so i have lending balance to pay i need my account back to start selling and pay the balance 13k on hold

There are LOTS of Section 3 reasons for suspension.
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
Is it a Section 3 violation for dropshipping, IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
ALSO, post the appeal (if you submitted one) so we can see what you said. SOME appeals actually make things worse rather than better.

If there was no drop shipping occurring, you will need to provide additional context regarding the concerns that have been raised. Be sure to provide invoices and other tracking information that shows the fulfillment of the orders.

If you are having errors, you should be able to submit the information into a case. Be sure to include all the relevant details for the situation and reason for submitting in a case.
In terms of your sourcing, how do you take inventory for your product to ensure you have the right stock? How do you ensure that your supplier is indicating you as the seller of record? Be sure to include all of the necessary invoices and tracking information. How does the website you utilize work? Does this keep track of your documentation?

I understand you are encountering an error. Are you attempting to submit multiple documents? How big is the size of the files? If it is over 30MB, you may experience issues as that is the limit. If this is the case, we would recommend consolidating the files to a single file to cut down on the size.
Have you attempted to clear cookies and cache or try a different browser as well? Let us know if you have managed to submit your documentation.
