Veeqo issues connecting and disconnecting to OWN UPS account
We have been using Veeqo for almost 2 years. The system was great the first year. The problems that we have encountered over the past few months have been endless. Does anyone have work arounds for any of these critical issues:
1) We enter box sizes for all of our orders and the system only holds about 50% of them. We re-enter box sizes after refreshing, and most of the time, the box size holds, on the 2nd or 3rd attempt. But, when you are shipping hundreds of orders, this is a very time consuming process. We use several different box sizes, based on what we are shipping, and how many items are in the order. Case has been opened on and off for 5+ months and we are yet to get a solution that works
2) We have a UPS rate (OWN acct) for flate rate 2nd day air. We use Amazon's UPS rate, for all other packages. We are constantly struggling to connect our UPS acct to Veeqo. 95% of the time, it won't connect. Right now, we are having the opposite problem. We connected our UPS account (system says it did not connect) yet, all of our Amazon orders are only showing our UPS rates, NOT the Amazon UPS rates. We can't get the Veeqo system to go back to the Amazon rates. Anybody else having this issue?
The support is basically worthless! We keep being told it's sent to Engineers.
