When using Trademarked terms on the image itself (the Logo) , you may be required to provide documentation confirming you have the correct authorization. Do you have permission from the [brand/rights owner] to use this trademark on the listing/product?

The information to dispute this would be:

  • Explanation and supporting evidence or documentation that the listing is compliant with Amazon Intellectual Property Policies.
  • Supporting documents may be Invoices from the Brand or a Letter of Authorization.

Well, whatever you did seems to have worked. I reviewed the Case you provided in the original Post with an internal team. It seems your ASIN has been reinstated. It looks like it was all due to the Image, you must have completed a correction.

I am truly happy you were able to resolve this issue. The question I would ask, would a similar process work for the other Suspected Intellectual Property Violations?
