Request for Moderator Assistance: Suspected Intellectual Property Violation Appeal
Hi there,
I’m reaching out for a moderator’s help with a false Intellectual Property Violation on our account. Despite multiple conversations with support, all we’ve received are generic, copy-paste responses that don’t address the issue.
The listing in question is a genuine product, correctly labeled. We are not falsely branding it or using a trademark without authorization, so there is no need for a licensing agreement or "compatible with" language, as currently suggested. Neither applies here since this listing is not a third-party accessory; it is an authentic, brand-manufactured item.
If possible, could this be escalated for a proper review? I would appreciate it if someone could look into this and consider removing the unjustified strike.

Thank you for your help!

Where are you sourcing from? Are you brand authorized to list that product on Amazon?

Hello @Seller_kuGpb3u8HTu9P,
Some help pages to review: Amazon Intellectual Property Policy
With assistance from an internal team, I reviewed the case ID you provided.
When using Trademarked terms on the image itself (the Logo) , you may be required to provide documentation confirming you have the correct authorization. Do you have permission from the [brand/rights owner] to use this trademark on the listing/product?
The information to dispute this would be:
- Explanation and supporting evidence or documentation that the listing is compliant with Amazon Intellectual Property Policies.
- Supporting documents may be Invoices from the Brand or a Letter of Authorization.

Hello @Seller_kuGpb3u8HTu9P,
Well, whatever you did seems to have worked. I reviewed the Case you provided in the original Post with an internal team. It seems your ASIN has been reinstated. It looks like it was all due to the Image, you must have completed a correction.
I am truly happy you were able to resolve this issue. The question I would ask, would a similar process work for the other Suspected Intellectual Property Violations?
I do hope that is the case.
