Hello everyone, I am going trough a situation that I have hard time understanding.
My account has been deactivated.
I asked for approval to sell a brand products with an invoice, wich Amazon has approved. So I bought different products from the same brand, with the same supplier and I stated selling. Amazon sent me a notification trough account performance saying that they think that me or someone related to my account might have been engaged in deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activities. I was asked to go trough video call to verify my ID, which I did, then I was asked to send invoices, bank statements showing the transactions regarding the purchase, and proof of delivery, And I sent all documents in my possession. but still, they rejected it, holding my balance, stranded my inventory. I don't understand why Amazon would accept an invoice to begin with, and now suspending my account. I don't have any complaint form customers regarding the products.
Did anyone went trough the same situation or is it a way for Amazon to kick me out from the platform?
I am really disappointed and desperate and I don't know where to go from here. I called for help, then I was told that I need to go back to my supplier to get documents from them. I thought if Amazon accepts an invoice it's because they trust the supplier.
What to do if the supplier refused to give any other document except the invoice?
I am about to give up because I had so many issues with Amzon I went trough ID verification process over and over, and I never understood why. One of the reason was due to inactivity, and at that time, I had inventory in FBA and was selling, suddenly My account was deactivated, and that was in September, Got reactivated in October, and in November, another deactivation, so far I am just loosing money, time and energy.
I don't know what Amazon wants from me..................

Then it sounds like the supplier used does not have a valid supply chain. Are you using the wholesale supplier that the brand owner recommended to you when you became authorized to resell their products?

It's up to you, the seller, to make sure that you have a valid supply chain and that the products aren't counterfeit.
