How Many Charge Cards are Going To Get Cancelled Due to Fraudulent Amaxon Charges from Europe?
We're getting upset by this because it's a pain in the butt. For some reason, we get zero dollar charges from Amazon from Europe somewhere. We don't do MF in Europe or anywhere out of the USA. These charges are automatically flagged by the credit card company and I have to get a new credit card. Then in a few months or so, the same thing happens. Charges from Amazon in Europe. For 0.00. The CC company insists we get a new card, so once again they dutifully send a new one. What it really is, we were told, is someone going through an Amazon portal and making sequential 0.00 charges unti one sticks. Does this sound familiar? This card is only used on Amazon.....

Have you tried opening a support case yet for the $0 charges? Usually if you change your default payment method, Amazon will charge $1 one time to verify the card and refund it back. But I haven't seen $0 charges.
Let me know if you have any case IDs associated with this issue and I will be happy to take a look.
