my outlet deal has been going on for a week or two, and i want to stop it. i stopped and deleted my deals but it remains the same. i have a case id 14673823681.

Yeah you have to contact Seller Support to have it cancelled. Best wait for the answer in that opened case

Are you still seeing any deal as active after completing the cancellation steps and updating the sale information?
