Performance Notification retracted, but can't relist, then a Handmade Integrity Team notification for same item

We received a Performance Notification as well as a "Product Authenticity Customer Complaints" for an item. All of our items are FBA (sold over 250 past year - NCX rate 0% - Excellent Health), but the buyer claimed it was a fake, and of course, they got to use the product and get a refund.

I received 2 Performance Notifications within a day (August 2 and 3) for the same customer complaint. Then, on August 27th, I got another notification saying that I could sell the item again after a review, and 1 of the Account Health marks was removed, but not the duplicate warning (I smell an undercooked bot).

Then on September 4th, I got a "Review of your Amazon.com seller account" from the "Handmade Integrity Team" for the very same item (not handmade).

I have 2 case id's: 15919806911 / 15966951581

Can any of the moderators (please tage them if you know of a helpful mod) please research this and let me know what is going on and how I can move forward with listing the item again?

After their review, they were able to confirm that this is still related to the concern of authenticity. The review team is aware of the notification you received but is still requiring invoices that meet our responsible sourcing requirements.

They have not provided any feedback on mention of the handmade team, this may have been sent in error as they were well aware of the situation. I do not have access to see information in your account, is this ASIN still in your account health page under the authenticity complaints?
