Account is deactivated due to multiple account policy
My account is deactivated due to multiple account policy, Amazon is saying that there is a link with account called Accanto.
Accanto account is deleted by amazon, it can't be accessed and during deletion process amazon does not provide any termination agreement. Support is not providing any relevant answer, just keep telling that account Accano should be reinstated- how it is possible if it is deleted and can't be accessed?
How it is possible to activate my main account Aricele?

Hi @Seller_E27vRALmihzPX,
I understand you have a question about account deactivated due to multiple account policy. I am here to assist with your question.

Do you own the Accanto account?
Were you aware that your account Accanto was deactivated for violating an Amazon policy?
You mentioned you can't access the account, so you will have to contact Seller Support for further assistance. Then you will have to come back to the account and submit an appeal or questionnaire (If applicable).
Unfortunately, the Accanto account was not deleted, so you will have to appeal and submit documents to reactivate the account.
I recommend reviewing your account details – including email addresses, business addresses, phone numbers, credit card numbers, user permissions, etc. Once you can identify what information the accounts have in common, you must submit an appeal and provide details regarding the relation.
Appeal Requirements:
•Root Cause: Explain why or how your account was deactivated and linked to another Seller Account.
•Corrective Measures: Pinpoint or analyze what you have done to verify none of your information has been used in relation to another account and what you have done to correct it.
•Preventative: What steps or safety measures have you taken to ensure and prevent this issue from happening again?
Supporting Documentation: may include sales deed, purchase agreement, or business transfer agreement, contract termination, etc.
If you determine no relation to the related account, you will need to provide evidence demonstrating why the accounts are not directly related. This is not an exhaustive list of things to consider, but I recommend providing as much information as possible.

I have the same problem. Amazon is playing games with peoples money.
Seller Support is not working.. It is completely broken. You must write a DEMAND LETTER to Amazon Payments Inc.
Amazon Payments Inc (API) is Money Transmitter that must abide by every US State's money transmitter rules. If they do not abide by these rules, they may have their license pulled by the Superintendant. Licenses granted under article XIII-B of the NY Banking Law may be revoked for the grounds specified in section 642 of the Banking Law, after notice and hearing conducted in accordance with the State Administrative Procedure Act and department regulations.
Any Seller that has an ignored grievance with Amazon, Amazon Payments Inc can file a complaint in your own State, cite the Banking Law for that State and demand an investigation and demand that Amazon's Money Transmitter License pulled for 30 days while the investigation is ongoing.
See NY Banking Law §642: 'The superintendent may, on good cause shown, or where there is a substantial risk of public harm, suspend any license issued pursuant to this article for a period not exceeding thirty days, pending investigation. “Good cause”, as used in this subdivision, shall exist only when the licensee has defaulted or is likely to default in performing its financial engagements or engages in dishonest or inequitable practices which may cause substantial harm to the persons afforded the protection of this article.'
After a quick perusal of this forum, Amazon is clearly defaulting in its financial engagements to sellers, using dishonest and inequitable practices and causing substantial harm to tens of thousands of sellers on Amazon.
After writing a DEMAND LETTER, it appears that filing multiple complaints, lawsuits and claims against AMAZON is an honorable course of action.
“You shall not oppress a hired worker who is poor and needy, whether he is one of your brothers or one of the sojourners who are in your land within your towns. You shall give him his wages on the same day, before the sun sets (for he is poor and counts on it), lest he cry against you to the Lord, and you be guilty of sin." --Deuteronomy 24:14-15

They told you what to do, more then twice,
You have 2 accounts, what matches,
1) Same owner, if so did you use the same ID for both?
2) Same email for both?
3) same Credit Card for both?
4) same phone or cell number for both?
That is how they caught you.
Amazon jumped on here to help you.
Do what they say now... and get your account back
