10 units requirment for approved products

I am going to sell branded products that need to be approved. I am confused for the minimum 10 units on invoice. I am selling sneakers and apparel. Is that 10 units for the same size and same product, or just the same product (not consider size).? Thanks.

I will not directly answer your question, but want to make you aware that you may be needing letters of authorization from the brand(s) as well as invoices.

You say "sneakers" -- I hope you are not intending to sell Nike or Adidas!

10 units (mixed) is the minimum required for ungating.

HOWEVER, if you do not have authorization FROM THE BRAND to sell their products ON AMAZON, an invoice may not be enough to protect you from IP complaints if the brand doesn't want you selling on Amazon.

For example, if you somehow managed to get ungated for Nike, and created listings, after 1-2 weeks, Nike would file a complaint, and you would be required to show that you are authorized to sell Nike on Amazon. Since you cannot show that (Nike doesn't authorize anyone), your Amazon account would be suspended for IP violations, you would never be allowed to sell on Amazon again, and your funds as well as any FBA inventory would not be forwarded to you.

Make sure that you are actually authorized BY THE BRAND to sell on Amazon (note that a distributor is not the brand; they cannot authorize you to sell here)

Hey @Seller_eOW0DN8z9PrjS, others have answered your question in the thread, but I do want to reiterate what they said about how you will need to acquire a Letter of Authorization from the brand in addition to the valid invoices (invoice, not receipt).
