They got marked defective, and you will have to do a removal order.

Likely customers are claiming defective on returns to get free returns or free items to many times triggering Amazons attack bots and sicking them onto your listing. Remove items even them they get trashed upon removal.

This has happened to me a few times and I usually have over 100,000 units in FCs, so it's always stressful. For me, they're usually performing bin checks or doing an investigation. Stay on top of seller support to try to escalate the investigation. I sell products that have a shelf life, so it's never an option to have units returned to me because it takes Amazon months to ship them back. So it's either dispose of them or stay on top of Amazon to make them realize they're perfectly good units. They always reinstate them all. Frustrating they put us through this in the first place though.
