Brand Registry of the same UK brand in USA
Hello
I would like to ask if a brand has brand registry in UK and selling on Amazon UK and that UK brand is not registered in USA, Can I register THAT same brand in USPTO and get approval for brand registry on my USA seller account and sell.
OR
If it's not possible, then what's other option to sell a UK Brand in Amazon USA legally. Should I take brand selling rights from that UK Brand to sell in USA or any other process.
Please guide.

As long as that brand name has not already been enrolled and they share a different product class, you will just need at minimum a pending trademark in the US to begin enrollment!
