US Market TAX ID verification for Canadian seller (business number)

I'm trying to submit my TAX ID information for account verification, as requested by Amazon. However, I only have screenshots from the CRA website to verify my TAX ID, as my company was incorporated within the past year and does not yet have any tax return documents available.

I uploaded the screenshots three days ago, but the status still shows as "In Progress." I’m wondering if there are any alternative documents I can provide or if the case can be escalated for review to prevent my account from being deactivated.
