Chargeback Refund and A-Z HELP
Hello, I had a customer open a-z due to a sale I made in february. order number 702-4365659-4430606. upon investigation I was found to be in the right as a seller and you informed me that you found that the customer violated amazon policies and I was in the right as a seller. but now I have been charged -$1,400.66 as Chargeback Refund. Can I know the reason for this? there is a malicious customer here and why am I being penalized here as a seller who complies with Amazon policies. The product went to the customer. The customer is giving suspicious information. I would like this fee to be refunded to me. I opened a case on this issue, but it was transferred to another unit and unfortunately, no case transferred to these units is returned. I would like to be informed urgently.

Hello, I have opened many cases on this subject, but all of them have been transferred to the relevant unit but have not been returned. The last time I corresponded yesterday with the case number 15432159061. This was also transferred, but I think I will not get an answer to this either. Case numbers related to the subject:

There is a huge injustice against the seller here. In the emails Amazon sent me, you wrote that you found that the customer violated Amazon policies. However, exactly 4 months later, this amount was charged to me. Unfortunately, I cannot accept this as an honest seller and I am very sorry. I request an urgent review of the issue. I think that at least this amount should be covered by Amazon. I am not at fault here.
