Funds Disbursement Eligibility Policy.

Hello, on July 18, I tried to verify most of my supply invoices and ID information for my suspended account, I joined the video call, I was told that my invoices were verified, it was confirmed, but my account has not been activated for 6 months, so I sent an e-mail to disbursement-appeals@amazon.com for my balance and requested payment and I received such an e-mail. My funds have arrived. Have they been released? No movement is visible on my payment screen. My balance is shown at -, but I received an e-mail like this, can you help me?
