Lost access to two factor number AMAZON HELP ME 7+ phone calls, filled out your form daily.

I have asked and asked and asked. I have filled out the forms and gotten nothing but the most useless and repetitive responses from Amazon. I lost access to the phone number associated with our main seller account and had to get a new one. I am the Ecommerce manager for a non profit and I cannot get access to our seller account. I NEED HELP. Amazon has just told me to fill out the online form which I am now doing daily in the hope someone decides they are tired of seeing my submissions. I have called 7 times or more, always getting no result. I have been hung up on twice the people at seller support say "please fill out the online retrieval form." I need help, Amazon is about to get me fired. You can call me at our office, I can submit anything, just please help me. We are a Goodwill and the only reason I can see for them not helping is to pick on a non-profit. I AM NOT GOING AWAY, I WILL BE MAKING A NEW POST EVERY DAY UNTIL SOMETHING IS DONE.
