Best advice I got was from a thread on USA Amazon seller forum. At that time I was selling toys and it was easy to slip out of buybox, the seller said do not worry about competitors, focus on quality and standing your ground long term. That stayed with me.

Great opportunity! However, I kindly urge you to address sellers' concerns, especially regarding refund cases. These are handled by Customer Support, while the Seller Support team tends to dismiss sellers' complaints, stating that they lack coordination with Customer Support.
Also, considering the revenue generated from refund cases and the compensations taken from sellers, it would be great if you could increase both the prize value and the number of winners.

One of the most valuable pieces of advice I received from a fellow Amazon seller was: “Treat your customers like VIPs and your products like your reputation.”
This advice transformed my approach to selling on Amazon. I learned that going above and beyond in customer service—not just resolving issues but proactively delighting customers—leads to better reviews, repeat business, and loyal buyers.
Additionally, focusing on product quality and packaging as if it were my personal brand made a big difference. It’s not just about meeting expectations but exceeding them. A happy customer is the best marketer you’ll ever have.
This philosophy has helped me grow my business, reduce returns, and create a strong, trustworthy brand presence on Amazon.
Thank you to the seller who shared this with me—it’s a mantra I live by every day.

Focus on Your Unique Selling Proposition (USP): One seasoned seller once told me, "Don’t just sell a product; sell a solution." This means continuously asking yourself what sets your product apart. Whether it's quality, innovation, or customer experience, ensuring that your product has a unique edge is crucial to standing out in a crowded marketplace.
Optimize Your Listings: Your listing is your storefront. High-quality images, keyword-rich titles, and persuasive bullet points are non-negotiable. Investing time in crafting a compelling listing is just as important as designing a great product. This simple investment can lead to better conversion rates and fewer returns.
Stay on Top of Inventory: Managing inventory levels is a game-changer. Always having stock, especially during peak times, prevents lost sales and keeps your rankings high. Use Amazon’s tools to track trends and ensure you never run out of stock during busy seasons.
Leverage Customer Feedback: Listening to your customers is invaluable. Instead of just focusing on getting great reviews, pay attention to feedback. Negative reviews are often the most valuable for product improvement. Addressing these concerns leads to happier customers and better ratings.
Utilize Amazon’s Programs: Take full advantage of Amazon’s programs like Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Prime Day deals. Using FBA can streamline fulfillment and allow you to focus on scaling your business, while participating in promotions like Prime Day can bring in huge sales boosts.
Be Patient and Consistent: Success on Amazon doesn’t happen overnight. Consistency pays off. By continually refining your strategies, improving customer service, and staying committed, you can build a stable business that continues to grow year after year.
Finding Competitors and Learning from Them:
Identify Your Competitors: Use tools like Jungle Scout or Helium 10 to find competitors in your niche. Look at their best-selling products, pricing strategies, and customer reviews.
Analyze Their Listings: Study their product listings to see what keywords they use, how they structure their descriptions, and what kind of images they use. This can give you insights into what works and what doesn’t.
Learn from Their Mistakes: Pay attention to the negative reviews of your competitors. These can highlight common issues that you can avoid in your own products.
Benchmark Your Performance: Regularly compare your performance against your competitors. This can help you identify areas where you can improve and stay ahead in the market.
Try to be active on your side, make sure your service is one of the best, packaging that you showing in listing attracts and customers can get in almost everything through sliders only about the product and dont have to read much also always try to put an interactive video in sliders for better response.
Instead of joining herds in crowd try to stand out, take your time to fix things instead of rushing and always keep your eyes and ears open while running ads as most valuable are reviews thats best thing to boost your products on top, even low margins can help boosting ranking if your price and product is best.

One of the best pieces of advice I received from a fellow Amazon seller was to focus on creating a great customer experience, not just optimizing for sales. They emphasized the importance of responding promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring product descriptions match the actual items, and investing in quality packaging to prevent returns. This advice not only improved my feedback ratings but also boosted repeat purchases and referrals. Sharing this wisdom has been a game-changer for my business.
