About Amazon Shipping Ground

Hi guys, recently we noticed there is an option for Amazon Shipping Ground. But once we bought a label from Amazon there was nobody showed up. No one came to pick up the item so we canceled the item and reprint a label for another carrier.

Anyone knows how to let it work？

We collect your packages from your warehouse and deliver them to your shipper with stop-by-stop tracking.
