Brand Registry Issues loop

I have applied for brand registry, and it was denied. I went through the appeals process, and I received an email stating that it was denied again because the image didn't match the brand name. I now see what I did incorrectly and can fix that issue. The problem is I have no way of updating the appeal. When I go to case # that has the application, it says pending review. I dont have an option to appeal or edit. The email says that if a Brand Registry application has been declined, to create a new one. When I try that it says that "Application for brand is currently under review". Its like the process is stuck in a loop because Amazon Brand Registry has not released the application since it has been denied. You cant make updates to it or create a new one. Can someone please help? You cannot get directly in contact with the brand registry team if you do not have a current brand.

Hi there! I've taken a look at your application and have submitted to the enrollment team so they can fully reject it in the backend so you can reapply!

One note I wanted to make is that I noticed you put ASINs in the application that don't match the brand name you're applying for. When you reapply, I recommend leaving the "Suggested ASINs" section blank.

I'll let you know when I hear back from the team!
