Tracking Number not synced with FBA Box LAbel
Hi,
My shipment has been sent to Amazon warehouse from China at the moment. As I just got the tracking numbers for all the shipped Boxes, I realized that my manufacturer couldn't provide me with Tracking ID synced with Amazon FBA Box Label as it's expected in Amazon's workflow.
I have the tracking ID for all the boxes sent but which one belongs to which FBA Box label is unknown. As the shipment is sent already there is no way to find out that information now.
Should I just put in all the tracking ID on my created shipment under Amazon seller account regardless of they match with FBA box label or not?
PS: FBA Box Label is attached to each of 50 Boxes shipped from China
Please let me know what you think I should do at this point

Hi, what was the outcome of this? I also have this issue where my tracking information did not match the box ID
