Amazon Verification Stuck in Loop

Hello,

I got an email I sold an item today. I logged onto my Amazon seller account to see Inactive Account. It only allows me to press continue, then it says Account Reactivated.

However this isn't true and I'm getting the Inactive Account prompt again. I am stuck in a loop.

I got an email to verify my identity but I am stuck in this loop. I cannot seek seller support help because I am stuck in this loop.

I called customer support line for accounts and they said my account is not locked. I was given a number to call that is no longer active.

I cannot ship the order for the buyer or cancel it.

I have tried adding a new credit card for charge method, but it does not work. I am posting here to get help as I cannot get help anywhere else.
