You need to update your account and tax information. Link Here. LLC's come in two flavors.
A single-member LLC is treated as a pass-through for income to an individual for tax purposes by the IRS, and Amazon will treat you as an individual using your SSN even if you get an EIN from the IRS. Your single member LLC name becomes your DBA (Doing business as) name for Amazon. Doing this can still complicate documents issued in your LLC name that Amazon usually expects to match your personal "Legal Entity" name. Its a bit of a sh_t show, but eventually I have worked though all the issues with insurance and re-verification.
Other LLC's operate much the same as any other type of company on Amazon.
