Unable to add new receiving bank card number
Recently, my old receiving bank card has become invalid, causing Amazon's payment to fail. Then Amazon notified me to add a new receiving bank card number. However, when I clicked to add a new card number, it displayed as invalid and unauthorized. All items clicked on the receiving information page are invalid. I would like to ask why this page has become like this? I am unable to add a new bank card or receive money at the moment. The money has been left in my Amazon account and cannot be withdrawn at all. I would like to request assistance, but Amazon does not have a truly capable team to help me. I am really anxious because if I continue, my financial chain will be broken. Please help me

Is your problem that you are trying to upload a new charge method/credit card and it is failing?
