My account is blocked. It does not accept the invoice and evidence of how I transferred this money for this purchase. This is a wholesaler. I went through a video interview and it did not give results either. What could be the reason? What other documents should I get? It is a pity to lose what I have been building for 2 years, I am desperate .

  • Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
  • Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents

Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer. You may block out the pricing of the items; however, the rest of the document must be visible and unaltered.

I assume the DVD's are branded under a production company? You purchased through a wholesaler who does not have authorziation fro you to sell as a 3rd party seller on a market place.
