Account is suspended due to "Invalid Credit Card" when it is in fact valid
I know the card IS valid, because Amazon have taken out the fee for the professional membership and yet my account is still suspended and I can't access anything. I can't even access https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/performance/dashboard to try and get in contact with the seller team

Is it in fact a credit card and not a debit card or prepaid card? You can register your account with Amazon using a debit card, and they will charge a debit card the professional fee but you are required to have a credit card in order to sell.

In many cases this happens when a seller signs up with a debit card, which does allow you to complete registration. However, you need to have a valid credit card on file in order to keep your selling account active.
This may not be the issue in your case, but it a common one.
This link takes you to to information on credit card verification, and outlines some of the reasons you will receive the 'invalid credit card' notification.
Additionally, we accept the following credit cards:
- American Express
- Diners Club
- Discover
- JCB
- MasterCard
- Visa
Note: We do not accept alternative charge methods, such as prepaid credit cards, debit cards, gift certificates, checks, or online payment systems like PayPal.

I have been advised that your account just needs the Tax information submitted and once that is complete you should be good to go here.
Can you advise if you were able to do this or if you still needed assistance here please?
