Did receive delivery

What is the best way to handle a customer saying they did receive their order when all the tracking inform shows that it was delivered?

I am ASSUMING you meant that they said they didn't receive it.

Did you ship it through Amazon's Buy Shipping service? If so tell them to file a "Did Not Receive" A to Z Claim if so.

If not, and it wasn't sent with Signature Confirmation, then sadly Amazon will not have your back and you'll have to refund the order.

I believe you mean did NOT receive their order?

You can ask the buyer to check with other household members, etc to make sure there is no honest mistake. If your delivery service takes photos of delivery, you can forward that to the buyer. It still does not prove delivery, just sometimes it might give the buyer a nudge as to where the package might be.

If you bought your shipping via Amazon, the customer must file an INR (Item Not Received) claim with Amazon. If you bought your shipping elsewhere, Amazon does not recognize tracking as delivered. The only way to protect yourself buying shipping outside of Amazon is with signature confirmation.
