Facing Issue - duplicate Asin in Multiple Variation Parent SKUs
Hello Everyone,
I've been facing this issue of duplicate ASIN on different two parent SKUs.
To Solve this issue we Deleted the affected two Parent SKUs which has duplicate ASINs for 24 hours and relisted the parent SKUs again with full data but still All the affected parent SKUs are getting the Duplicate ASINs.

What could be the cause why two different parent SKUs with different attributes are joined together on one ASIN?

I can see that Seller Support would like to take action on your case but needs you to answer why the parent ASINs shouldn't be merged and what the differences between the child ASINs are. Please go ahead and respond to them with this info on your case!

Hi,
thank you for your reply but this duplicate ASINs issue is from last few months and whenever I raise a case, Support Team just reply us to remove all the Child SKUs from the affected variation and assign variation again after 24 hours.
We even taken the steps given by the support team but after few days we get another duplicate ASINs in parent SKUs
Support Team doesn't investigate the root cause but just giving us the same solution every time.
Due to some technical issue, why should i have to take additional steps if there is no issue from our side.
So request you guys any solution or guidance for permanent solution.
This issue getting in our nerves and affect our sales

This has been an issue for months now, support have no idea how to solve, keep asking for irrelevant information, like batch id or error codes...
The products it happens to are not even new, what batch ID they expect us to get them?
And then of-course the "solution" is to delete , wait, and re-upload, which does nothing.
at the end they will just give you a response that you can't do anything with and you would be forced to keep it that way.
