Buyer claimed A-Z for item not arrive, got refunded, then the item arrived.

A buyer filed an A-Z claim for item not arrive. As tracking showed that the item was not delivered, Amazon took my money and refunded the buyer. A week later the buyer emailed me saying that the package just arrived and asked me what he should do. If the buyer wants to keep the item, how can he pays me again? Please advise. The original payment was $95 but I told buyer he would only have to pay $80 if there's a way he can pay me.

You can't change the amount after the fact. He can ask Amazon to re-charge his payment method and then maybe you can refund a portion after that? It doesn't mean Amazon will re-charge him though, it might take a few back and forths.

I suggest writing to the CEO Andy Jassy . Flood his email and contacts with complaints about how Amazon allows buyers to rip off sellers. These forums don’t help neither does customer support. Tell him you’re going to stop using his platform to sell AND BUY. And that you’re going to tell all your friends about how they ripped you off as a seller.
